Hi, I’m Nikki! 

Outside of work I have been happily married to my husband Alex for 15 years and together we have two wonderful boys Oliver and Jacob, so family time is super important. We are an outdoor family and enjoy taking our two dogs Alfie and Hugo on walking adventures. Both of my boys are avid soccer players, and I love to be able to watch and support them. 

My family moved to Texas from the United Kingdom in 2023 where I had worked as a registered children’s nurse for over 20 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in neonatal clinical practice and have worked in both hospital and community settings. I’m proud to have been recognised as an expert in my profession, receiving a chief Executive Award for Excellence in Nursing in 2020, and being asked to speak at multiple industry events 

I’m passionate about working with families during their pregnancy and newborn journey and have gained a broad range of experience across multiple specialities. I believe in family focused care placing mom and baby at the centre of everything I do. I have worked and led teams in hospital and community settings but am happiest at all about babies. My role allows me to educate and empower families as they transition from pregnancy to the newborn phase.
