A former nurse, Bethany has been a certified Bradley Method® instructor and practicing Bradley® birth doula since 2014. She trained with ProDoula in the fall of 2015, after becoming a certified child passenger safety technician (AKA: car seat tech) in the summer earlier that year.
Her journey began with the birth of her oldest son via cesarean section in 2011. When Bethany and her husband Travis found out they were expecting baby #2, she started to become fully immersed into all things ‘birth’. She and Travis took Bradley Method® classes together, they hired a doula, etc., and Bethany gave birth joyfully to a nearly eleven-pound baby boy via VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). It was with this birth that she had her placenta encapsulated, much to the displeasure of her husband. However, he quickly came around to the idea after seeing the benefits that Bethany experienced!

Bethany enjoys traveling, going to craft fairs and of course, spending time with her husband, two sons, and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Having completed a hands-on training and apprenticeship and as a former nurse, you can rest assured that your placenta will be handled with the utmost care, professionalism and respect.

Teagan and Casey both began pursuing their love of documenting the sweetest seasons in people’s lives – engagements, wedding days, expecting, newborns, kiddo milestones, families – for several years before finding their niche in birth photography. Both of them fell in love with the birth process after going through it themselves with their first littles, and now between the two of them have experienced hospital birth, water birth (at All About Babies, of course), home birth and cesarean section, giving them a truly comprehensive understanding of the beauty in each and every birth story

These two are dedicated to documenting all the details that make your birth story unique, so you can revisit that incredible day over and over again. To read more about them and how much they adore birth, and to view complete birth stories they’ve captured, check them out online:

Melissa has her bachelors degree in Human Biology from Simmons College in Boston Massachusetts, she is a nationally certified Massage Therapist, and has been in practice for 16 years. Melissa has a passion for bringing her knowledge and expertise to the world of babies and pregnant mothers. She uses the ancient practice of prenatal and infant massage to help create a warm, intuitive bond of love in families.

Melissa’s interest for massage therapy piqued at an early age while being active in sports and how massage aided in the relaxation of sore muscles. Then later at the age of 15, Melissa worked for a physical therapist where her interest grew as she helped with ice massage and exercises for patients. It wasn’t until her senior year at Simmons College that she realized she was drawn to massage. After another two years in a muscular therapy program, she found her love of pre/post natal and infant massage. She is also dedicated to helping mommies and daddies better understand their babies and their needs!

Melissa will now be offering her services at All About Babies!
